Living in a manufactured home village does not stop you from the pleasure of nurturing your own flower bed or delighting in your own garden.
Many villages have gardening competitions amongst residents and some even enter their village into the local town’s “Best Garden” competition. Residents are proud of their village and enjoy showing it off.
If you aren’t an avid gardener, then never fear... you may have the option of having your gardens and lawns tended for you (for a small fee). Living in a manufactured home village is all about choice ... your choice!
If you love pets and would like to have your beloved pet live with you in your manufactured home village, it is recommended that you check with management as to whether this option is available. Most villages allow small dogs and cats but there are restrictions, so it is best you check prior to choosing your new home.
